Good news, after second report of this buyer, ebay re-investigated him, and made decision as below, and we believe it is fair and justice!

this asshole finally got what he deserved, didn't you think you are real estate agent, and you bought a tiny Mazda CX-7, then you can do whatever you want on ebay?

tips for ebay sellers: be aware of newly registered buyers, sometimes they are new and young age, and they thought they are the lord of world.

we just noticed this buyer left more than 4 negative feedbacks for first 7 of his ebay orders,
and 3 of them were revised! by our experience, if this happens to one buyer consistently,
it basically mean this buyer is negative feedback seeker, using negative feedback threats
to take advantage of sellers

oh come on! you beg us to send that order ot singapore! and now you don't like the postage amount, and simply blame it for us? I'm glad we sent his order by registered post, othevisw I guess he will claim order not received, very tricky hummm?

left 4 negative out of his 7 purchases, hummm, wish ebay could do something

This buyer claimed his order damaged in transit, we understand that, it was queensland flooding period, bad things happened at that time, but what I don't understand is why our replacements to you keep damaging? for twice? why don't you even question your local post office? yes, we know why, because we are ebay sellers! no one stands for our wellbeing!

a very young ebayer from sydney


he claimed he needed his order very urgently but refused to pay for express, and pushed us to send his order out before we received his payment. we sent his order out the day we received his payment, but he left a negative feedback and claim item not as describled! well what I don't understand is we provided 7 clear photos for a very small item, and describle the quality and color very accurate.

after that, he opened a dispute but closed it on the same days, due to his claim " toss the item straight away", and threat us for a refund. hummmm, that's very interesting.

ironically this young boy started to sell his used belonging shortly after his dispute with us.

she has changed her user name after she left a negative feedback for us.
french buyer, she didn't pay until we opened unpaid case. by our experience, this kind of buyer usually is very troublesome
so we sent her order by trackable international express, and ridiculously she opened a dispute 2 days after dispatch on paypal!! 
although paypal closed her case one week later we provided evidences, she still left a negative feedback

this buyer was after a set of weathershields, at first he said he would like to pick up this product, so we arranged a pick up for him, but eventually he did not turn up and paid his order couple days later.

at the end, he left a negative feedback and claimed the weathershields were damaged 24 days later, and said poor fit for his car, and no response at all after we sent messages to him and tell him we are happy to provide replacement if he can send 2-3 photos of damage to us.
